Stress is a term used to mean you are experiencing an abnormal amount of pressure.

There are many ways to relieve stress, one is through sharing.

Stress in life is important, however too much can make us  feel exhausted.

Managing time is difficult enough even if you are a stay at home house wife / husband. More so if you are employed or self employed.

By being organised in a manner that suits your life style you will / can have more time to do more of what you like to do, regardless of what ‘it’ is.
